1) When claiming God's promises, we must carefully understand what the promises say without assumptions. God will meet our needs, not wants.
2) We must consider the context and premise of the promise. Philippians 4:19 refers to God meeting the Philippians' needs after they generously supported Paul's ministry.
3) To claim a promise requires practical faith that God created the universe and can do anything, but will provide according to His plans and purposes.
God's Delegated Authority to Mankind
God has established delegated authority in several spheres including the family, church, and government. In the family, the father has authority as head of the household and husbands are to love their wives as Christ loved the church. Wives are to submit to their husbands and children are to obey their parents. In the church, Christ is the head and he has established leaders with authority such as pastors, evangelists, and teachers. Believers are to submit to these God-appointed authorities and the local church is to have sovereignty over its own affairs.

Feeling Tired After Lucid Dreaming Some people report feeling tired after lucid dreaming. This tiredness is not due to the dreams themselves but often results from not getting enough sleep or using techniques that disrupt sleep patterns. Taking breaks and ensuring adequate sleep can prevent this.
Mental Exhaustion Lucid dreaming can be mentally taxing if practiced excessively without breaks. It’s important to balance lucid dreaming with regular sleep to avoid mental fatigue.

- 1. Deuteronomy 17:14-15 When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you and have taken possession of it and settled in it, and you say, ‘Let us set a king over us like all the nations around us,’ be sure to appoint over you the king the Lord your God chooses. He must be from among your brothers. Do not place a foreigner over you, one who is not a brother Israelite. www.networkbible.org

Deuteronomy 17:16-17 The king, moreover, must not acquire great numbers of horses for himself or make the people return to Egypt to get more of them, for the Lord has told you, ‘You are not to go back that way again.’ He must not take many wives, or his heart will be led astray. - 5. For BELIEVING the Bible is the word of God, we spend very little time READING it. Hearing God’s VOICE begins with opening the book in which He has SPOKEN. It’s fascinating how God can be a God UNLIKE any other only to have a people who long to be LIKE every other.
- 6. The battle is settling into the LAND without settling into its PRACTICES, which can only be achieved by settling into God’s WORD. God’s word does not have an EXPIRATION date. The remedy for being uninformed or misinformed is get INFORMED.
- 7. There is no credit or benefit from owning an UNREAD Bible. We can only know God to the EXTENT He has revealed Himself and the MEASURE that we become familiar with that revelation.
- 8. A broader understanding of the WHOLE of the Bible enables you to enter into greater DEPTH with particular texts and doctrines Just because you are FAMILIAR with God’s word doesn’t mean you will follow it, but you cannot FOLLOW it if you are not first familiar with it.
- 9.
