Maturing spiritually is an ongoing process; it’s about becoming more Christlike. A continued desire for the pureness of God’s Word helps us grow and mature spiritually.
As we understand why our heavenly Father would have us witness His Word, a love for witnessing builds from our hearts and souls. We choose to witness the Word because we can, because we’ve been commissioned, and because we are needed.
As born-again believers, we have been given by God all sufficiency in all things so that we can abound to every good work. One good work we can do out of the love and thankfulness in our hearts to God is to serve God's Word to others.
1) As born-again believers, we have access to God as our heavenly Father through the gift of the Holy Spirit.
2) When we accept Jesus as our savior, we are born again and can communicate with God through prayer.
3) The document encourages believers to take advantage of their access to God and approach him with confidence, as a loving Father, in both times of need and in daily life.
We are the lights that God needs to shine brightly for Him and make a difference in this world. Our lives can affect the world around us as we live for and serve God. Let’s decide to live for our heavenly Father as we joyfully serve where we are needed and make an impact in this life.
In order to be born again, we must first hear the Word of God. Then, as we confess Jesus as lord and believe in the heart of our heart that God raised him from the dead, we are born again!
Why do I speak in tongues? Because God wants me to. It says so in the Bible! God’s Word also has much to say about the benefits of speaking in tongues. Wouldn’t you like to speak in tongues?

Each day and each moment of the day we can renew our mind by putting God’s Word in our mind and acting accordingly. When we do this, we can bring God’s power into manifestation in our lives. We choose to renew!
We can trust God to be our sufficiency. He is able and willing to supply for us both now and in the future. He is well equipped to do this because His ability to supply is unlimited. God has always taken care of those who trust in Him, and He will remain faithful to this commitment, regardless of any conditions in the senses realm.
Two legacies of the Reformation that benefit our lives today are (1) the availability of the Bible in the language of the people, and (2) the teaching of the authority of the Bible.
God created humans to have companionship and build a relationship with them. The document outlines that people can communicate with God through prayer, both with their own language and in tongues. It emphasizes that God understands all languages and always hears prayers. Speaking in tongues allows effective prayer according to God's will and helps strengthen the intimate relationship God desires with His children.
The benefits of fellowshipping with like-minded believers are numerous, providing profit in body, soul, and spirit. The Book of Acts shows us how this fellowship helps us and helps others by the support given and received among like-minded believers.
It is available for born-again believers to have fellowship with God! The deeper we get into the Word and the deeper the Word gets into us, the richer and fuller our fellowship with God becomes. As we maintain sweet fellowship with God, our lives are filled with joy.
God wants to take care of His children, to provide the best for them, as any good father would. Do you desire a life of health and prosperity? Would you like to have grace abound toward you and always have all sufficiency in all things? Well, you are not alone, because God wants exactly that for you.
If God is good always, then where does evil come from? Why does it seem as though God sometimes carried out evil in the Bible? By seeing what God has to say about Himself in His Word and by recognizing the real source of evil, we can be assured of God’s goodness.
Our God is not lifeless like an idol, but a living God. He is real, He hears us, and He responds with powerful deliverance when we claim His promises to us. We can see examples of this from God’s Word, and God will do no less for us today as we trust in Him.
As believers, we study God’s Word, fellowship around His Word, and speak His Word. God gives the increase and we grow spiritually. As we do, fruit is produced in our lives. This fruit is reflected in the quality of our lives and shows others the goodness of God.
The healthy state of mind that results from prayer is recognized by the medical profession. Prayer is being on talking terms with God: opening our hearts, reaching out, and asking for His help in our lives. Building a lifestyle of prayer is powerful and healthy!
The document discusses how God is a refuge for His children. It describes that God shows His love by being a refuge, as seen in Psalm 46:1, which states that God is our refuge and strength. It explains that in the current age, we can make God our refuge by being born again, turning to Him in prayer and with our cares, and claiming His promises. By being born again, we are rescued from darkness and given citizenship in heaven, so we already have refuge in God's eyes.
Each year The Way International celebrates the day of Pentecost. Since that historic day, it has been available to be born again, to manifest power from on high, and to be witnesses for the Lord Jesus Christ. Let’s celebrate this day of Pentecost!
The document discusses how God's Word is light that can overcome darkness. It asserts that as people learn and live according to God's Word as revealed in the Bible, their lives will reflect God and they will shine light in the world. It encourages readers to regularly expose themselves to God's Word through reading, prayer, and obedience in order to live in the light and have fellowship with God. Living in the light of God's Word allows people to shine lights for others and overcome darkness.
Jesus Christ is the mediator between God and men. Jesus Christ made it possible for man to be reconciled (no longer separated!) with God. We never have to feel separated from God—Jesus Christ made it possible for all who believe to be at one with God.
God’s Word gives us clear standards by which we can measure our words, deeds, and attitudes. Choosing to build the standards of pursuing peace and pursuing to edify one another can help us strengthen our relationships and enjoy the more abundant life God has called us to today.
Having a prayer partner is a great way to build an effectual prayer life with our heavenly Father. With our joint believing locked in, we can expect nothing less than God’s mighty hand of deliverance.
This document discusses the importance of forgiveness among believers based on Ephesians 4:32 and other biblical passages. It makes three key points:
1) God commands believers to forgive each other just as He forgives us through Christ. Forgiveness allows restoration of fellowship.
2) Unforgiveness can lead to sorrow and despair in the unforgiven person as well as giving Satan an advantage. Forgiveness lifts this burden.
3) Forgiving others benefits ourselves by freeing us from negativity and imprisonment in the past so we can move forward. Forgiveness is an act of grace and kindness to both the offender and oneself.
Prayer is an essential part of living the more abundant life. Our prayers provide us a way to ask for specific help, to build our relationship with God and worship Him, to intercede for others, and to thank Him for His ever-present blessings.
How can we know God? God has revealed Himself by way of His Word and by the life of His Son, Jesus Christ. The Bible is the revealed Word and will of God in writing, and Jesus Christ always did the will of his Father. This is how we can know God.
The document discusses how God's word as revealed in the Bible is the ultimate truth and contains God's will. It provides several examples from biblical figures who respected God's word. The organization, The Way International, aims to help people understand and live according to the rightly divided word of God through teaching and fellowship. Their goal is to manifest the strength and power of God's word so that others may come to knowledge of the truth.

God has provided us with all we need to live boldly, confidently, and courageously for Him. The Word that we speak to others has a life-changing and eternal impact on those who believe; we have words of the utmost importance for people to hear. We are not ashamed of the gospel!
The article discusses how Gideons provide Scriptures to various emergency service workers as a way to encourage and support those who dedicate their time to serving others. It provides examples of Gideons distributing Bibles to police academies and fire stations. One anecdote describes Gideons reading Scripture with a firefighter who expressed a desire to go to heaven if something unexpected were to happen to him in the line of duty. The article emphasizes that Gideons aim to run alongside and comfort emergency workers through distributing God's word.
The word of god as a foundation for church growthElvis Amenyitor
1. The early church faced a problem of neglecting widows in daily food distribution. The Twelve appointed seven men to oversee this ministry so they could focus on prayer and preaching.
2. As a result of this change, the word of God spread rapidly and the number of disciples and priests following Christ greatly increased.
3. Building the church requires using the spiritual gifts God has given each believer. Members should discover their gifts, serve others' needs, and use their gifts faithfully and prayerfully for God's glory. Working together in this way expands God's kingdom.

The document discusses the integrity of God's word. It argues that because God himself has integrity, his word also has integrity. It provides several biblical passages indicating that God does not lie and his word is pure. The document asserts that God's word can be fully trusted and relied on because of its integrity originating from God's own perfect nature.
What is one thing we can do that would positively affect society and bring stability to the cultures of the world? Speak forth the truths of God’s Word boldly and consistently to educate the public mind on what God truly desires for His people and for society.
Jobs, housing, and family relationships can change, and change can tempt us to become emotional or even distressed. But we have God’s Word—a solid, sure foundation we can hold fast to no matter the circumstances we face.

CORE VALUES
BELIEFS&
02
Our Core Values & Beliefs booklet is an attempt to provide a brief summary
of who the Vineyard is and what we believe. Our Statement of Purpose is a
concise affirmation of why we exist. Our Core Values give meaning to all that
we do. They also drive our purpose, define what is central to us, position the
Vineyard in the larger body of Christ, and remove ambiguity in mission. You
can learn much more about our Core Values if you visit www.vineyardusa.org.
Our Statement of Faith provides the foundation for all that we are. The
Statement of Faith is based on the Bible. The Bible is our final authority in all
matters of faith and practice. However, since the Bible is a diverse collection
of narrative stories, poetry, law, and letters, it is helpful to summarize its
teaching in a concise form that can be comprehended by both those deeply
rooted in the church and those who have little exposure to the Bible. This is
the historical function that the ancient universal church creeds played in the
first four hundred years of Christ-centered faith.
It is also important for each community of faith to express these ancient
truths in its own language, and not merely adopt the language of another age
and culture. Every community of faith has two major obligations in regards to
its faith, namely absolute faithfulness to the Word of God, and sensitivity to
the world in which that community lives. This means that the Vineyard move-
ment must express the historical, biblical, orthodox Christian beliefs that we
hold in common with all Christians, and the particular doctrines that are our
distinctive voice, in terms that are relevant to 21st century Christians.
Our Statement of Faith is based on the conviction that the kingdom of God
is the central theological motif that gives definition to all that we believe. It
is a kingdom of God centered theology. This statement is our best current
understanding of the Bible from that kingdom perspective. Our prayer is that
God will bless our sincere attempt to be humble ambassadors of His rule and
reign, and to be a people that practice the presence of God and proclaim His
Gospel, so that His will may be done on Earth as it is in heaven.
For the greater glory of God and the well-being of people!

Pentecost marks the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles and the beginning of the Christian church. Over 3,000 people were baptized that day. The church calls us beyond our personal concerns to worship God together. We are stewards of the gifts God has given us, including our time, talents, treasures, and relationships. As stewards, we are called to use our gifts to fulfill God's purposes and support the church through proportional giving according to our abilities. The parish budget for 2012 is around $775,000, and each of the 660 pledging units is asked to pledge an average of $1,174 to meet this goal.
The passage shares about a personal experience where the author witnessed their father's tragic death in an accident as a child. This led them to question God's existence for over 20 years due to anger and not realizing it separated them from God. In 1993, they surrendered their life to God and experienced empowerment from the Holy Spirit, manifesting a "higher place of praise." To get a glimpse of God's glory manifesting, one must surrender fully to God, let go of anger or doubts, and experience empowerment from the Holy Spirit through praise.
This document discusses purity and maintaining purity in various areas of life. It addresses purity in one's thoughts, words, actions, manners, motives and message. Some key points made include that purity involves both outward morality and inward sincerity before God. True purity begins with acknowledging sins to God. One must also maintain purity in their thought life by focusing on godly things rather than worldly entertainment. Purity of words and motives are also discussed, emphasizing speaking truthfully and ministering to please God rather than people. The document encourages maintaining faith in God during difficulties and living in a way that glorifies Him.
After the fall of man, the spiritual connection between God and man was lost. God authored His master plan to restore this spiritual connection. Jesus Christ carried out the mission, becoming our savior as the agent of salvation.
This document is an introduction to a book about the laws of prosperity as taught by Kenneth Copeland. It provides background on Copeland's journey to understanding these laws from God's word. It describes Copeland's early struggles financially and how applying God's principles of faith and obedience to scripture helped turn their situation around. The introduction sets up the rest of the book to explain the laws of prosperity as facts based on the Bible, not just theories, and invites the reader to test these principles for themselves from God's word.
Living within one’s means is spending only what we have available to us, that is, not spending more than we earn. Having a mind-set of contentment and of not comparing ourselves with others can help us operate the financial stewardship principle of living within our means.
The document discusses teamwork as illustrated in the Bible. It provides the example of Jesus and his disciples working together as a unified team to feed over 5,000 people with just five loaves of bread and two fish. With the disciples' support, Jesus was able to perform this miracle. Another example given is of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus working together as a team to host a meal for Jesus, with each contributing in their own way. The document advocates for believers to work together in unity as teams to accomplish God's will and bring his power into the world.
To stay on course with our godly goals, we want to be aware of distractions and learn how to handle them. The Book of Nehemiah shows a fellow laborer with God who stayed on track with his goal, not allowing himself to get distracted from his responsibility. As we pursue our godly goals, we can stay on course just as Nehemiah did.
In sharing the greatness of God’s Word with others, there is nothing quite like speaking to someone face-to-face. When face-to-face with someone, our words combine with our facial expressions, voice intonation, body language, and other nonverbal cues to provide the most accurate message. Our heavenly Father has equipped us in body, soul, and spirit as His messengers to communicate and fully share His heart with others.
We have a great, big, wonderful God Who wants to bless all of mankind, as evidenced by immutable laws He set in creation governing financial freedom and prosperity. Those born again of God’s spirit have the legal right to claim His blessings in Christ. When we know from God’s Word our legal rights in Christ and walk out on them, we can live the abundant life and be powerful witnesses for the true God.
Jesus Christ helped others grow in their knowledge of God's word by spending quality time with them and teaching them. He provided a protected environment where people could receive the word. As his followers, we can help people grow by making ourselves available, providing safe spaces for learning, and consistently teaching biblical principles. We should aim to care for others and help them mature in their faith, as Jesus modeled as the ultimate shepherd.
God gave the authority for raising children to the parents, and God will provide what is needed. The whole family will enjoy benefits as parents decide to take responsibility and exercise their authority in raising children God’s way.
The document discusses building an attitude of thankfulness. It describes how the author felt inferior to her siblings growing up but her mother taught her an important lesson: to not compare herself and instead focus on her own qualities and staying thankful. The author reflects on staying thankful even when doubting herself by remembering her mother's advice. The document provides suggestions for developing a habit of thankfulness like writing a daily list of things to be grateful for about God, what one has, and others. It encourages the reader to start their own gratitude list to cultivate thankfulness.
Success and failure are both determined by what a person believes to receive. As we practice positive believing—believing the positive words of God’s Word—we will receive the positive results that God desires for each of us.
God is everywhere present. He has ability of this scope and magnitude, yet the relationship He desires with us is a personal one of tender intimacy. He does not watch us to judge and convict us of our shortcomings, but rather to help us walk in the abundant blessings He desires for us. We can be confident and joyful knowing that our Father is always with us.
II Corinthians 10:5 gives us clear direction for our thoughts. As we read and study God's Word, we can become more adept at redirecting our minds to His truth—thought by thought.
The document discusses the importance and benefits of memorizing and retaining Bible verses. It describes how the author's mother taught them to memorize verses by setting them to music as children. It also gives examples from the lives of Solomon and Jesus about retaining God's word. The summary concludes by providing some practical tips for effectively memorizing scripture, such as understanding the context, minimizing distractions, using repetition, finding what study methods work best, and enjoying the process.
We can delight in learning all that our heavenly Father gives His children—those born again of His spirit—to use and enjoy because of His love and care for us.
In the early days of Christianity, unity among believers was important so they could serve God together. The apostles maintained unity as they prayed in Jerusalem after Jesus' ascension. On Pentecost, the believers were unified and received power from God, speaking in tongues. Later, when Peter and John were threatened for preaching, the believers prayed with one mind for boldness. Maintaining unity of purpose allows believers to effectively serve God and glorify Him.
God’s example of a married couple who had great impact in the first-century Church is Aquila and Priscilla. Two aspects of marriage that helped them have this impact were agreeing together and taking action together.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375
