Natural Source Zone Depletion of Petroleum Hydrocarbon LNAPL involves complex processes. Especially for large complex sites the inclusion of intensive biogeochemical characterization of core samples can aid the multiple lines of evidence approach to unraveling the complexity and optimizing NSZD Demonstration. This poster presents a few aspects of a NSZD Assessment conducted prior to a final active remediation to prepare for NSZD Demonstration for efficient Brownfield conversion.
