• Origin: Base Research and Consultancy Group (BRCG) has been established five years back by a
team of highly experienced well recognised researchers and professionals with great expertise in
management of field operations.

• Suresh P Singh
Suresh P Singh is a research professional with over two decades of experience in socio-economic research and
project implementation. He holds a Master Degree (1989) in Economics from Rabindra Bharti University,
Kolkata, India. Over the two decades period, he has progressively worked for different organizations in
different capacities/work profiles – starting from research associate (in Centre for Industrial & Economic
Research) to Joint Director (Policy) in Engineering Export Promotion Council. Presently, since September
2017, he is working with an international/multilateral institution as full time consultant.
• Pramod Kumar
Pramod Kumar is a management graduate in marketing and is market research professional and with over 25
years of experience in MR industry. He has worked over a number of leading market research agencies in India
in different capacities in multiple locations in South, West, East and North India. He possesses exceptional
strengths in streamlining work systems and processes across diverse functional regimes to realize targeted
performance milestones. His area of specialization is field operations/execution; quality control and training.
He is an effective communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

• Nitish Kumar Vatsayan
Nitish Kumar Vatsayan has 10 plus years of experience in domestic marketing research covering both
qualitative and quantitative research. He has hands-on experience across all research processes, including
vendor identification and selection across geographies; fieldwork management; advanced analysis and
assessment ability to generate required manpower for various types of research projects and train them to
achieve quality results. In BCRG, he is responsible for identifying and recruiting additional agencies, if
required, to carry out market research work, with a view to cost reduction and quality optimization. He has
worked on various studies, covering industrial, social, consumer research or CATI, and by now has executed
several projects. He has very good communication skills for execution of market research studies.
• Ratna Kumari
Ratna Kumari research interests are in the areas of migration, gender and village studies. At BRCG, she is
presently the Coordinator of the Institute’s research programme on ‘Inclusive Development in Bihar’, and is
also working on a longitudinal study that examines social and economic changes in rural Bihar in the period,
2005--2011. She has published in the Economic and Political Weekly and the Indian Journal of Labour
Economics. She is a co-author of the book, Inclusive Development in Rural Bihar.

• Urgrasen sinha
Urgrasen Sinha is an accomplished professional with over 5 years of experience of direct consultative revenue generation of
technology solutions to enterprises in areas of network and information security/ infrastructure/ networking and consultative
selling coupled with channel focused value added distribution experience in Western India.
• Vinod Chaurasia
Vinod Chaurasia is a Diploma holder in Computer Application from MIIT, and is an experienced professional with a
demonstrated history of working in the market research industry. He is highly skilled in analytical studies, conducting focus
groups, brand equity, online, and advertising research. He possesses strong business development expertise.
• Netish Sinha
Netish Sinha is an expert in the Community Outreach Program. He has earlier provided students the opportunity to get
involved in community service on a regular basis, with projects to choose from almost daily. Such projects have been student-
led and were offered by nonprofit agencies. In this program, students can sign up for projects as early as one week in advance
and up to the day of the project.

• National Family Health Survey for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GoI in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and
GOA. The evaluation in these two States was conducted just recently in the year 2014-15.
• Integrated Biological and Behavioral Survey (IBBS) sponsored by National AIDS Control Organization
(NACO)- Collection of Biological and Behavioral data from key risk groups (FSW/MSM/IDU/TG) to analyze
HIV related behaviour and HIV prevalence by linking behaviour with biological findings. Sample covered
12000 across the states of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab & Chandigarh, Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.
• Survey of CGHS and ECHS card holders: This study examined the issues and concerns of various
stakeholders, viz. beneficiaries, empanelled healthcare providers and officials in CGHS and ECHS under the
private public partnership model. The primary survey was conducted among the CGHS / ECHS cardholders
(1800), empanelled private hospitals / diagnostic centres (100) and CGHS / ECHS officials (100) in 12 select
cities in India. The study was completed under the guidance of a high-level advisory committee that included
representatives from the government, private providers and senior experts in the field.

■ Impact Assessment study of NSDC Centre across pan India
National skill development corporation (NSDC)is conducting an Impact Assessment study with respect to the
creation of the integrated skilling ecosystem, the objective of the study is to analyses the impact of various
skilling initiative of training partner on the skilling ecosystem and primarily on the trainees who are prime
beneficiary, was involved in overall project planning, project execution, budgeting, cost control, Experienced
to manage team of 12-15 persons at one time, Was involved in Manpower planning, in-house and field
training, daily operation planning, field supervision.
■ Research Study for CSR activity in India- Conducted by CII.
CII is conducting research study for CSR activity in India. Primary objective of this study is to understand
CSR activities practiced by companies and identify the issue /problem faced in planning, designing and
execution of CSR activities. My Job and responsibility is to conduct research in North India and , Conducting
in-depth interviews with CSR head/HR heads in top most companies, Managing team, Field Supervision,
Operation planning , Budgeting and cost control
