2. BASALT FIBER is a product of the 21st century and it can be
said that it is one of the most worthy, beautiful and
profitable products that mankind has been able to invent.
These fibers are also called mineral fibers and stone fibers
and are obtained in a complex single-step process by
melting basalt rock.
Basalt fiber is a new composite fiber that completely
replaces glass fiber and carbon fiber in terms of properties
and application. The difference is that the production
process and price are very favorable. The production of
basalt fibers depends on two very important factors:

(volcanic) rock formed from
the rapid cooling of basalt
lava
There are over 300 kinds of basalt

22. The economic aspects of the basalt fiber production project are
completely dependent on these two factors, considering the single raw
materials and the single-stage production process.
Due to the ownership of the stone mine and the science and knowledge
of fiber production, it is not complicated in any way and has a high
profit margin and competitive power because the competing
companies are mainly basalt stone importers.
After raw materials and knowledge, the most important parameters of
production costs are fuel and labor costs, which depend on the location
of the project.
