- A group of 12 students and 4 staff members from a school will travel to Barcelona, Spain from May 13th-17th for a residential trip. - On the outbound flight on May 13th, students will be dropped off at Bristol Airport and signed in by staff. On the return flight on May 17th, students will be picked up and signed back to parents/guardians. - The itinerary includes travel, activities like visiting beaches and markets, and accommodations in a villa with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 14 people. Technology use is restricted and spending money is limited to €50 per student.

3. Arrangements For The Trip
• All students to be dropped at Bristol Airport Departure entrance on Sunday
13th May @ 10.00am. Parents/Carers to stay with students until they have
been signed in by Emma Wilton.
• All students to be picked up from Bristol Airport Arrival entrance on Thursday
17th May @ 12.15pm. Students will then be signed back over to parents/carers
by Emma Wilton.

5. Costs
Total Cost- £250pp
Breakdown:
Deposit is now overdue- £100
Instalment 2- £75 due March 9th
Final instalment- £75 due April 16th
An additional £20 is also required for those wishing to visit the Barcelona Football Stadium this will need to be paid by
April 16th.
Spending money:
A maximum of £50 can be taken this will need to be changed into Euros, this money will be handed in to a member of staff
who will manage the money effectively to ensure money isn’t wasted. We recognise that some students may wish to purchase
merchandise from the Football Stadium if this is the case please talk to staff on an individual basis.

Most students will be required to share bedrooms but all students will have their own bed. If you have any concerns regarding this please
talk to staff on a 1:1 basis. Allocation of bedrooms will be confirmed with the students upon arrival, this will not be discussed before
hand with students.
The villa has 3 bathrooms, one of these will be for staff only.

9. Technology policy
• A Camera can be taken but will be regularly checked by staff.
• Students can bring CD’s and DVD’s for in the cars and for use in the Villa however, these must be age appropriate and not
contain inappropriate language.
• None of the following can be taken:
• Mobile phone
• I Pad
• I pod
• There will be a school mobile phone for emergencies the number will be provided at a later date.
This is to safeguard all students and for security reasons.
