JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLING:
 Responsible for handling the production operations and managing the
workmen.
 Workers team arrangement for achieve targets.
 Responsible to manage the production / quality targets for the detailed
manufacturing.
 Study the given drawing.
 Perform all required inspections as per the requirements of quality
control plan. and test plan maintaining relevant documents as per
project specification.
 Report on daily inspection and testing activities to higher authority.
 Monitoring of welders performance and repair control.
 Fabrication completed jobs to move to paint yard.
 Visually checked in spatters, under cut and other welding problem is
cleared.
 Coordinating the inspection activities such as material identification, fit
up, weld visual and NDT inspection with clients and agency.
 Co ordinate with customer and third party for stage inspection.
 Planning and executing the shop floor inspections at all stages.
 To move in blasting yard and before four hours primer is applied.
 Than humidity and steel temperature is checked and wet film thickness
(WFT) also checking.
 After painting is visuals is checked.
 Than after drying DFT (dry film thickness) also calculated in coat
meter.
 Stenciling and identification mark number is checking.
