This document presents a study on the static analysis, design modification, and modal analysis of a truck chassis frame using finite element analysis (FEA). It details the modeling of the chassis, the determination of maximum stress and deflection under static loading conditions, and the results of the modal analysis including natural frequencies and mode shapes. The design modifications aimed to reduce deflection from 5.921 mm to 3.706 mm while ensuring that von-Mises stress remained below the yield strength.
