Project)
Working on automotive safety group which involve
· Currently working on lower extremity model which involves: mesh quality check and validation.
· experimental and analytical analyses of the impact responses, injury tolerances and injury
mechanisms of the human body from head to foot
· Lead to gross reduction of automotive-related crashes.
· Keep the risk of injury to a minimum if a crash cannot be avoided.
· Using finite element modeling techniques, we have developed a human head model that is made up of
more than 300,000 elements.
· The goal of this research is to perform a preliminary investigation into the failure thresholds of the
lower extremity.

· Egronomics
Work EXPERIENCE :
Worked with American express as supervisor (Nov. 2013 to Aug. 2014)
· Handling clients from Canada, United States and Australia.
2. · Handling customers issues related to their American express cards and solving problem adequately.
· Providing information about how and where to use the card for maximum benefits.
PROJECTS:
Design and Fabrication of Injection Molding Machine for waste plastic:
Description
It’s an Injection Molding Machine which is used to recycle the waste plastic for using it for useful
purposes. It consists of a rotating piston which is drive by the pulley attached to a ½ HP motor having
1700 RPM. Heating coil is also there used for heating the plastic material entering from the hopper.
Recent Project:
Estimation of SIF and magnitude of plastic zone for a 2-D plate with center through crack:
Material Used: Structured steel
Description:
· Model was developed in abaqus and meshed in hyper mesh for different values of a/w.
where a=crack length and w=width.
· Using the finite element method (FEM), computer model of the specimen is build and
magnitude of the crack tip plastic zone is computed.
· Analysis is done in abaqus and compared with the values of Irwin and Dugdale models.
