Automation-:
• Automation has become the competitive advantage in
today's manufacturing world.
• Even though the automation has reached to many
aspects of industry, one field is yet not developed as
per expectations that is brewing industry.
Introduction-:
•The coffee machine is part of the life in the corporate
world, where everyone is in hurry and every
task is to be completed easily without much effort.
• We propose the automation to the coffee vending
machine which will save time, save money and energy.
History Of Coffee Machine-:
Percolator
1. EARLY 2. MIDDLE
Espresso
3. PRESENT
Fresh Milk Machine
• Problem Concern To Present Coffee Machine :
Every time person goes for filling cup, it is required to
place cup and press the button which is time consuming.
Advance Optional System In process-:
1. It is desired to implement a step forward automation
which will provide us more efficiency.
2. We are going to provide facility in which you have to
press a single key on keyboard and then automatically
cups will get ready.
3. The person should rest over there just by entering the
desired number of cup of coffees.
4. Here the usual flow that is taking cup, putting it below
tap and pressing the button is avoided by this system.
1. Enter number of cup of coffees on
keyboard.
2. As per entered number the cups are
removed from the stack, go below the
tap and filled automatically one after
another.
3. The cups are available on circular
tray as shown in figure.
SYSTEM FLOW-:
Move cup dispenser mechanism
START
Enter number of cup through keypad,
Display number on LCD
Press “ENTER’ key
Rotate tray by 90 degree

•The mechanism is used to remove the cups from the stack.
•The acrylic has been used to design this mechanism.
•This is to be controlled using DC motor.
