WATER TANK HANDLING
1. SIZE AND WEIGHT WATER TANK 1.7 L
2. EARLY WARNING SIGN APPEARS IN DISPLAY IF WATER TANK ALMOST EMPTY
3. WATER TANK REMOVABLE FOR EASY REFILLING AND CLEANING
• Wear PPE (Gloves and Mask )
• Open water tank lid gently
• Hold the handle safe
• Lift the water tank slowly without shaking
• Clean the water tank as per method statement (Ref: ABH-03-02-0001)
• Refill water tank with plain water from the water dispenser.
• Fix the water tank back to the same position
• Close the lid for operation.
Hygiene
 Removable brewing unit:
1. Easy and hygienic cleaning under running water
 Automatic steam cleaning happens after every drink with auto
Milk Clean.
 Drip tray and coffee grounds container are removable for
cleaning
 Display board indicates scaling and descaling.
 Automatic rinsing program take plays when switching off /
switching on
 Milk frothier removable and dishwasher-proof
 Calc’n Clean:
1. Automatic cleaning and descaling program

Machine Performance
 Ceram Drive: High-quality grinder made of wear-resistant
ceramic
 In addition to beverages also available separately: milk foam,
warm milk, hot water
 Water pump with 19 bar pressure
 Zero Energy Auto-Off: Automatic disconnection from the mains
after preset time
 All coffee and milk beverages are prepared at the touch of a
button with the one Touch Function.
 Reduced heat-up time: Fast first cup
 Separate chute for ground coffee, eg. caffeine-free coffee

MACHINE OPERATION (PREPARATION / MAINTENANCE )
 Before using the coffee machine, Check the condition of machine and report
any defects identified to supervisor through phone calls / whatsapp.
 Attach milk container with the machine
 Fill water, coffee bean, milk in the machine
 Switch on the machine for operation
 Check the display board.
 Start preparing beverage
 Follow the display instruction for operation and maintenance.
 Clean the machine as per method statement (Ref : ABH-03-02-0001)
 Update the checklist (ABH-03-12-0001 REV1:10-08-2022) as mentioned in
the timing.
 Report incident and observations to the supervisor daily.

WATER TANK REMOVABLE FOR EASY REFILLING AND CLEANING • Wear PPE (Gloves and Mask ) • Open water tank lid gently • Hold the handle safe • Lift the water tank slowly without shaking • Clean the water tank as per method statement (Ref: ABH-03-02-0001) • Refill water tank with plain water from the water dispenser. • Fix the water tank back to the same position • Close the lid for operation.

MACHINE OPERATION (PREPARATION / MAINTENANCE )  Before using the coffee machine, Check the condition of machine and report any defects identified to supervisor through phone calls / whatsapp.  Attach milk container with the machine  Fill water, coffee bean, milk in the machine  Switch on the machine for operation  Check the display board.  Start preparing beverage  Follow the display instruction for operation and maintenance.  Clean the machine as per method statement (Ref : ABH-03-02-0001)  Update the checklist (ABH-03-12-0001 REV1:10-08-2022) as mentioned in the timing.  Report incident and observations to the supervisor daily. 12
