Audience Feedback
This is a great piece of
positive feedback that I
received. I can see from
this that my audience
was able to understand
the storyline and
editing techniques that
I chose to use.
Again this is some great positive feedback I got. I
am happy that yet again the storyline was
understood and that they thought it went well
with the soundtrack.
This comment is really great and shows how the
use of filters to create a warmer lighting was
picked-up. Also the use of a projection was also
appreciated. I am glad that people enjoy my
filming and editing techniques as this reassures
me that I made the right decisions in my
planning and editing.
This is some great feedback with the suggestion of
adding a filter to the shots of the older actress to make
it more obvious that they are at different. Also the
suggestion adding more lip-sync is helpful as it lets me
know that maybe the presence of the singer could
have been increased.
I am happy to see that overall she enjoyed my music
video and the constructive criticism will help me when
making other videos.
The concept of my media video was understood yet again
which reassures me that my storyline was very clear. The
idea of using a sepia tone is also a good suggestion like the
previous comment to create contrast. However I also
didn't’t want to use too many filter as the singer is already
black and white which is different to the rest.
I am happy to hear that some people believed
that the tempo was good and the change in
tempo helped to keep the audience interested.
This is something I tried to achieve and am glad it
was picked up on.
This is another fairly positive piece of
feedback. The feedback about the lip-sync
is helpful as this is something I could
improve.
Again the narrative has been picked up on which is great. Also
the time lapses and use of setting. The ending has been pick
up on and I now realise that maybe my editing technique
wasn’t the best choice. It was supposed to be transition back
to real time where only one version of the woman exists. I
wanted the camera to land on the doorknob at the beat drop
to conclude the film. Maybe this wasn’t clear to my audience
and in the future I may choose a different way to end a video.
