ready for school/college. Everything seems
normal until he goes into the kitchen for
breakfast and the camera shows dead bodies
lying around in both the kitchen and living
room. There’s blood everywhere and litter
scattered and the whole place looks a mess.
However, the boy continues to get ready and
prepare his breakfast and seems oblivious to
massacre around him.

8. • Sound contributes to the atmosphere a film creates.
• Our main sound will be non-diegetic, which will be
played in the background throughout the opening.
• We will also be looking to add more sounds over the
track, which will add extra emphasis to a spooky
atmosphere. For example: an evil laugh.
• Also, we had the thought of including some dialogue.
However, with previous experiences, we found it
particularly difficult to add speech into a scene.
