per annum. KRAs include Vendor development and eliminating bottlenecks in supply plans, Achieving Cost
reduction by increasing vendor base, Assessment of vendor performance on quarterly basis and taking suitable
measures like quality feedbacks, drawings, templates to improve their performance. Weekly Review of
production plans, material shortages with Top Management and raising indents for the critical spares
and controlling the inventory of spares. Training.
