The technical organizational integration of new networks and security solutions into cur-

Premium
In addition to the Basic Services ASAPCOM offers Premium Services in the event of mal-
function, providing remote control support as well as the availability to use the ASAPCOM
test laboratory.
A remote control access can be installed for the customer independent of the existing
network infrastructure, and used to diagnose and rectify faults, be that possible, via a
remote control connection. The test laboratory is used to reproduce faulty situations.
Intensive time consuming analyses and tests of actual cleaned up faulty versions can be
instigated and tested in the laboratory without delay.
A further Premium Service is fault recording management demanding compensation by
the manufacturer for any software errors occurring within the framework of the legally

5. Premium PLUS
In addition to the Premium Service, the Premium Plus Service provides a proactive monitoring of the network
and security system which have been installed by the customer.
In the form of a Managed Service the heterogeneous system landscape is monitored under a uniform web sur-
face. Depending on the Service Level, these occur during normal working hours or round the clock, seven days
a week. This ensures rapid consistent fault recognition, diagnosis and a conspicuous warning signal. Should a
problem arise, an attempt will be made to rectify it with the assistance of remote control. Status information to
be received by the customer, in which particular spate of time and under which circumstances can be indivi-
dually specified.
Add-on Modules
The ASAPCOM Hardware additional module extends the Basic, Premium and Premium Plus Services should
hardware problems occur.
Hardware Repair & Replacement
With the Hardware Repair Service the customer is able to send the faulty hardware including a description of
the fault to ASAPCOM who then send the faulty hardware to the repair department of the manufacturer and
after the repair has been carried out, ASAPCOM sends the hardware back to the customer. With the Hardware
Replacement Service the faulty hardware is immediately exchanged with a replacement. ASAPCOM then im-
mediately sends an identical replacement hardware to the customer. As soon as the customer has received the
replacement hardware they will return the faulty hardware back to ASAPCOM.
On Site Service
With the Additional Module On Site Service a qualified ASAPCOM service engineer with his technical expertise
and skills will assist the customer on site.
