•   Aloft Hotel, Tempe, AZ: Managed, for the Owner/Developer, the design, development, construction,
    and opening of a new $20 million, 136 room, Starwood Brand hotel. Project came well under total
    budget, 6-weeks ahead of schedule and was the first Aloft hotel to have all 1st floor rooms done and
    ready for sale - the most rooms ready for sale, and according to Starwood “set the standard on how an
    Aloft should be opened.

•   W Hotel, Scottsdale, AZ: Managed, for the Owner/Developer, the construction, design changes (RFI’s,
    ASI’s etc.), schedule and schedule changes, change orders and PCO’s, and Construction Contract
    Directives (CCD’s) for a $120 million boutique hotel. Developed management and tracking systems for
    PCO’s, RFI’s, CCD’s, and ASI’s where non existing for the first 2-years of the project.

•   Camelot Homes, Scottsdale, AZ: Starts Coordinator - Collected necessary construction documents for
    the construction for several communities of new luxury community homes. liaison between the field
    and the office. Project Manager – Coordinated all aspects of a new community of Condominiums from
    land and drawing development to permitting, sales, construction and close-out.

•   Central Arizona Project, Phoenix, AZ: (J.O.C. Work) Replace two failing RTU’s (1-50 ton, 1-70 ton) with
    new RTU’s; Included new structural steel, DDC system; from conceptual design, to final design, and
    construction.

•   Laveen Elementary School District No. 59, Modular Building Renovation/Office Upgrade. (J.O.C. Work)
    Upgrade two occupied modular office buildings. No change Orders, Finished ahead of schedule, received
    letter of accommodation from Client.

    Isaac School District No. 5, Pueblo Del Sol Site Grading & New Basketball Court. (J.O.C. Work) Re-grade
    existing site, remove old basketball court; furnish and install new basketball court, and driveway area.
    Design change delays and Owner directed change orders, rain delays, and flood delays from broken
    owner water pipe. Happy and satisfied client.

    Isaac School District No. 5, Middle School Water Heater Replacement (J.O.C. Work). Replace three out
    of five (2 just replaced) large water heaters on a semi-emergency basis. Two were shut down and
    leaking. Received long-lead items, and installed well ahead of schedule. (Base contract complete, Owner
    directed change order pending).

    Central Arizona Project – Partial Painting of Building No. 2 (J.O.C. Work). Paint interior of CAP
    Headquarters office. Three Owner directed changer orders, no delays, strict Owner safety program, all
    night work, zero complaints, and Owner letter of accommodation.

    City of Glendale Operations Center Structural Repair Building “O” & Building “C” (J.O.C. Work). Repair
    existing concrete engineered building (lift-slab construction type), epoxy injection, grout, rebar
    replacement, etc., & in-house engineered stamped repair design criteria; ongoing due to Owner directed
    change orders.
