Responsibilities included: Charrette sessions with design team and client on programming, sustainable strategies, code research, consultant coordination, existing conditions site surveys and site plans. The project is LEED Gold Certified. The Palmeraie • Scottsdale, AZ A mixed-use project consisting of underground parking, high-end retail, offices, a boutique hotel and private condominiums. Project is planned to be divided into two phases with the total build-out to be nearly one million square feet. Responsibilities included: Team coordination, code research, design develop- ment, construction documents, meetings with client, city planners and local utility companies. US Bank • Arizona, California, Nevada Eighteen banks completed to date including free-standing structures and tenant improvements. Single-story floor plans varied from 3200 s.f. to 5500 s.f. Responsibilities included: Start to finish project management from schematic design through construction administration including meetings with city officials and neighborhood groups as necessary.
