Wednesday 26th April 2023 –
Rehearsal
8:45 – 9:30 – Set up the studio ready for rehearsals.
9:30 – 10:15 – Script read through
10:15 – 11:00 – Rehearse part one of the tv show. This includes camera blocking, lighting, sound.
11:00 – 11:15 – Break
11:15 – 12:00 – Rehearse part two of the tv show. This includes camera blocking, lighting, sound.
12:00 – 12:45 – Wrap up and tidy the studio.
Make any final adjustments to the script, set designs within the next week. These should be completed by Wednesday 3rd May 2023.

A contestant might pull out at the last minute. Ask other people a member of our team to be a
contestant as a backup. This will help to avoid delays
in production.

A member of the production crew is unavailable on
the day of filming.
Ask another member of the crew to step into another
role. This will help to avoid any delays when filming

Contestants or a member of the production crew is
unable to attend filming because they have tested
positive for covid.
Contestants and production crew are advised to
follow government guidance and self-isolate for a
minimum of 5 days. Ask another member of the crew

advised to take a covid lateral flow test to make sure
they are negative so that filming can still take place.
The camera does not work. Make sure that the batteries are fully charged before
filming takes place. Also bring a spare set of batteries

2 Cameras The cameras will be used to record the footage
needed for the tv show.

filming takes place.
University Lighting Kit The lighting kit will be used to light the set when
filming takes place.
2 Microphones The contestant and the presenter will wear
a microphone which will be used to record the sound
needed for the tv show.

Artificial Intelligence AI will be used for the contestants to be able to
compete against it.
Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Avid Editing software will be used to put the final artefact
together.
