The architect handles the incoming data, asks
additional questions. The main format of communication
is e-mail correspondence. It is desirable: the appointment
of the Project Manager from the customer, who can be
constantly available for all types of communication, can
answer to questions, organize teleconferences with the
customer, provide clarification in the place.
Result: The architect forms the Tasks for designing.
The designing task is submitted for consideration
and approval by the customer. The customer
confirms the task for designing.
Result: The task for designing is approved by the
customer.
The cost estimating and time required to complete the
task. The company evaluates the cost of the service
based on the task of designing. The cost estimation and
the required time is given to the customer by the client
manager within 5 working days from the moment of
confirmation by the customer for designing tasks. The
customer decides to complete the assignment if it is
necessary we will provide additional consultations.
Result: Cost and time are agreed with the Customer.

The client manager prepares the draft contract and
agrees with the customer all its provisions.
Result: A contract is signed by two parties.
The architect creates a previous sketch based on
the task of the designing. According to the
agreement with the client, such preliminary sketches
can be 1 or 2. In the process of creating the sketch,
there could be additional discussions with the
customer - the architect offers ideas, receives
comments and suggestions.
Result: The previous sketch are agreed by the
customer.
Architect develops an architectural concept based on
designing task and preliminary sketch. If it’s necessary
you can contact with the customer or the project
manager on behalf of the customer for additional
clarifications or advice.
Result: An architectural concept is created.
