recruitment
is in our DNA
Why APSCo membership is the key
to success for new enterprises
The recruitment sector continues to grow strongly each year. The
latest annual APSCo/Deloitte Recruitment Index shows that 69%
reported NFI growth in the last 12 months. This growth and the
trend for clients to harness the knowledge of niche and micro niche
recruitment partners has increased the number of start-ups in the
sector. In 2015, over 1400 recruitment companies were launched -
the largest volume of emerging businesses for a decade.
This surge in new recruitment enterprises has further increased
competition in the market place making it increasingly difficult to
grow a sustainable business: over half of new start-ups fail in the
first three years.
APSCo’s New Enterprise programme provides members with
an important competitive edge that makes them more likely to
realise their full potential. Our downloadable model document
and specialist helpdesks will save you time and money whilst
reducing business risk. Our training courses, mentoring support
and networking events provide unique development opportunities
whilst the APSCo brand demonstrates your commitment to high
quality standard to clients and candidates.
In 2015, 95% of APSCo members rated our performance as
‘Good’, ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’. No members said it was poor.
Our strong member engagement and commitment to excellence
helped APSCo membership grow by nearly 20% last year and now
APSCo is truly international – with separate operations in Germany
and Asia.
There has never been a better time to join APSCo. Why not unleash
the potential in your business!
