Panin Bank and the Indonesian Reksa/bond market
• The “Reksa Product” is a mutual fund type investment typically
invested in domestic government bonds. Customers were
attracted to the investment because of its higher yield.

• 1973, ANZ Grindlays Bank established a representative office in Jakarta.
• 1993, ANZ purchased Westpac stake in the joint venture Bank with Panin Bank and
established PT ANZ Panin Bank.
