The document describes an Outlook add-in developed by anthesis GmbH that integrates Microsoft Outlook with SAP Business ByDesign. The add-in allows users to automatically assign emails in Outlook to customers, contacts and other records in SAP BBD. It also enables two-way synchronization of emails, calendar items, tasks and contacts between Outlook and SAP BBD. The add-in was developed between 2015-2016 according to a roadmap and is available for Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365.
