Lottie Ann Marley is a junior at Estacado High School in Lubbock, Texas who has lived in the area her whole life. She has attended several schools in the region and enjoys her JROTC and Law classes taught by Jared Dallas and Stacey Bennett. After graduating in 2015, Lottie hopes to join the military, complete basic training, and eventually move to the west coast of the United States or to Japan.
