International Transportation & Supply Chain Management
 Planned and executed the movement of over 60 vehicles transporting hazardous cargo round
trip from the Port of Valdez to Fairbanks and Anchorage with zero incidents, under budget,
ahead of schedule, and saved the US Government over $2MM in expenses.
 Coordinated, planned and executed the transportation of a variety of cargo including mail,
supplies, ammunition, and other commodities in seven different European countries.
 Oversaw management of $500MM in commodities dealing with general supplies and repair
parts, petroleum, oil, and lubricants, food service, maintenance, transportation, and movement
control throughout US Army Europe.
 Managed the day to day operation of a warehouse providing repair parts and general supplies
valued at over $10MM.
 Led a 100 employee equipment maintenance facility providing all facets of repair to sensitive
equipment and won the US Army Phoenix award for maintenance support excellence.
Organizational Leadership
 Led the largest, most diversified, multifunctional unit providing logistics, supply, and services
support under extreme arctic conditions to US Army Alaska and ensured their preparedness for
operations throughout the world.
 Prioritized and executed an annual operating budget of $25MM, and supervised fixed assets
valued at $500MM and applied innovative skill development procedures that saved the
government $2MM+.
 Coordinated internal and external operational, logistics, financial and administrative
requirements of a staff of 15 supporting an organization of over 600 employees.
Strategic Planning
 Revised the US Army Alaska Strategic Engagements plan to better include Pacific Partner
nations and to synchronize it with the master calendar which resulted in increased opportunity
for interface with other Pacific Region Nations leading to improved international relations.
 Developed a one year training plan for 13 separate organizations in order to prepare them for
world-wide contingency operations and then successfully deployed and returned 10 of the 13.
