Luke was born and raised in the Hillyard Neighborhood of Spokane, Washington. Always a bright boy, we went off to college in Prescott, AZ at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After learning that engineering was a little too prescribed he earned his degree in Science, Technology & Globalization with a concentration in Technology, Policy & Management. At that time he returned home to Hillyard to work in his family business. During this time Luke discovered his passion for volunteering in his community and being a neighborhood leader.
