This document reports on a case study of an anatomical variation found during a cadaver dissection. Specifically, an additional slip of the adductor brevis muscle was discovered unilaterally on the right side. The extra muscle belly arose from the normal origin point but had distinct fibers that merged with the adductor longus muscle. This case study aims to increase awareness of muscular variations, which are important for surgeons and radiologists to recognize to accurately diagnose issues and properly plan reconstructive procedures that may involve transferring muscles.
