CONCLUSIONS
• The educational system spends a lot of resources to
teaching a second language, in particular to English.
• However the results are not good, students received
eleven years study English but are not able to handle it
correctly.
• Outstanding thrown a new program this couple years ago
in which the main objective are that scholars can acquire
English but at the same time they will be able to
communicate.
GENERAL CONCLUSION
It is essential for learners to feel approved and encouraged
when they reach the goals and objectives of the class in a
positive way. As teachers and an authority at class, we
must encourage and motivate students even when they
make a mistake. This is why we recommend to teachers to
correct students in a way that they feel happy, they are
grown persons and they understand when they make a
mistake, but, it is important that they do not feel
embarrassed in front of the class.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Everybody knows that students always are afraid to be tested; it does not matter if it is
in their mother tongue or in a second language the fact to show that they handle the
studied topic creates anxiety and frustration.
• To try to apply or create low-pressure evaluation is essential for students. It is
probable that students know the vocabulary or the grammar structures shown in
class, but lack of confidence and shame can affect their performance.
• This is why we can recommend to teacher to apply learning methods in which
students obtain that comfort and confidence needed to better perform the assigned
work during and after classes.
