 Basic activities and operations of CSD and its role in overall functioning
of a commercial bank.
 Got knowledge about different banking product of NIC ASIA and market
trends.
 Learn the workflow, chain of command and hierarchy of organization.
 Learned to speak, function and work in corporate way.
 The real working environment and practical exposures are quite different
from the theoretical knowledge that we have learned in class room.
 Social exposure with various types of customers from different
background in CSD which help in enhance my interpersonal and
communication skills.
 Along with customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction also plays a great
role in the success of the bank.
Conclusion
 Strength for student future career.
 Internship has broadened intern’s knowledge, vision,
ability and confidence to perform in real life situation.
 It enhance intern’s communication skills, interaction
skill, team work also boost confidence and personality
growth.
 The practical cases are different from we study in
college.
