Along with customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction also plays a great
role in the success of the bank.

Strength for student future career.
Internship has broadened intern’s knowledge, vision,
ability and confidence to perform in real life situation.
It enhance intern’s communication skills, interaction
skill, team work also boost confidence and personality
growth.
The practical cases are different from we study in
college.
