WORK EXPERIENCE
October 214 – Present RGF Company
Riyadh Geotechnique and foundations (RGF) is a specialist engineering and contracting
company, RGF grew as a specialist contractor in drilling and in-situ testing services. These
services presently include such specialized work as subsurface exploration including in-
situ seismic testing, pressure-meter testing and materials testing including non-destructive
testing (NDT) and cathodic protection.
In this company, I report to the project manager who is my direct manager.
Position as, a materials engineer and Makah municipality laboratory manager in the
project of management and maintenance of the laboratory of roads materials phase iii
(the client is Makah municipality); and job responsibilities are as following:
Make asphalt mix design by both marshal and super pave methods
Approve the asphalt mixtures used in Amana projects after finishing from the required
Tests, and then make a quality assurance for the approved asphalt patch plant by taking
random samples at different periods.
Approve the concrete products used in Amana projects.
Supervise the test performed by the technicians.

Prepare the laboratory and technicians to get the ISO 17025, ISO 90001 certificates as
following:
1. Train technicians to conduct tests in accordance with ASTM standard.
2. Design test reports and work sheets formats for each test to match the
ASTM standard.
3. Make internal audit for the tests conducted by technicians and this to make
sure of the accuracy of the results and to make sure that the results in the
specification range.
4. Prepare training record for each technician, make monthly evaluation for
them, and keep these records.
Make the equipment in house calibration such as, sieves, flat and elongated device,
concrete slump cone, concrete cylinder molds, concrete capping device, proctor and
CBR molds, etc.
Make visits to the private laboratories working with Amana to make sure that they are
following the standard specifications.

and job responsibilities are as following:
1. Supervise the roads and bridges construction.
2. Observe the pouring of concrete in the site for all the bridges structures, taking
representative samples from these concretes according to the specifications.
3. Observe the curing of the concrete structures in the site.
4. Observe the curing of concrete mold samples in the laboratory, and then
conduct the compressive strength test.
5. Observe and make designs for concrete mixtures.
6. Observe and make designs for asphalt mixtures.
7. Observe and make a designs for the aggregate base coarse layer (A.B.C )
8. Observe the grouting for girders (Pre stressed concrete structures).
9. Observe the drilling of boreholes for piles and pouring concrete for the piles.
10. Observe different embankments constructions, back filling, rock filling and
conduct the required quality tests in the laboratory and the field tests for these
layers.
