to be used in Embankment, Sub grade, Sub-Base, and asphalt mixes, etc., as per ASTM,
BS, AASHTO and Contract Specification.
 Testing of Soil such as Sieve Analysis, Plastic and Liquid limit. MDD and CBR.
Aggregates tests like Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity, Soundness, Loss of abrasion,
Aggregate Crushing Value, Impact Value, Clay Lumps, Friable partials, Flakiness and
Elongation Index. Concrete testing such as Compressive strength of cubes and Cores,
Durability test of concrete like, RCP test, ISAT, Water impermeability test and
Absorption test.
 Kerbstone and Paving blocks testing in laboratory as per Project specifications and
relevant BS, ASTM and AASHTO standards.
 To analyze and evaluate the data, including test results obtained by the contractor during
soils and materials investigations.
 Responsible for the all supervision of laboratory activities.
