1.0 Presently, I am Principal Partner in a Management Consulting company. In the consulting
business I am a Certified Change Management Practioner and was also the Project Director
heading a Cultural Change project in for High Performance Individual, High Performance
Leaders, High Performance Team and ultimately High Performance Organization.
2.0 Also during my tenure as consultant I participated as a trainer for post graduates under the
government graduate employment scheme. My area of training is Business Appreciation,
Marketing and Communications.
3.0 The industry and commercial exposure I had attained during the span of my career includes
managing Operations and Profitability for companies that are involved in the Oil & Gas,
Engineering & Construction and Utility Services (Water and Wastewater). Additionally, I
also have experience in Management Consultancy with one of the top International
Consulting Firm Coopers Lybrand as Associate Director Corporate Finance.
4.0 My business and commercial experience in these industries ranges from Operation
Management, Business Development, Corporate Planning, Joint Ventures establishment,
Project Management, and Business Transformation, Trading and Marketing.
