Supported the growth of Pathfinder North-East Basin operations from 3 rigs for a single operator to 16 rigs
for 10 operators across 4 states; New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Supervised 100-plus

 Developed and executed HSE plans that effectively managed driving, fatigue, emergency and
