Managing the operations and reporting to management regarding the overall performance and member of
management meetings & strategic planning.
Job responsibilities includes: -
Project Management
 Framework documentation (procedure and policies) for ISMS, BCMS
 Coordinating with client team for effective implementation of the ISMS and BCMS
 Regular meetings with Management for strategic planning
 Project scheduling and reporting to client and internal management
 Preparation of people awareness program like – Quiz, posters, training PPT
 Imparting training on ISMS / BCMS awareness & implementation requirements
 Handling of external audit (third party audit) on behalf of client on various management system/ process.
 Ensuring the effective implementation of the management system at client place. The implementation and
maintenance will be in various phases, like:
 Conducting Gap Assessment based on the requirements of ISO 27001 & ISO 22301
 Preparation CIA based assets valuation and Risk Assessment & Treatment matrix
 Identifying prevention and mitigation measures based on cost benefit analysis
 Conducting business impact analysis (BIA) to assess the critical business process
 Defining the RTO / RPO/ MBCO/MTPD for business
 Preparation of recovery plans for identified critical processes considering the Recovery Time
objective and Recovery Point Objective
 Testing and validation of BCP and DR plan
 Conducting various exercises to validate the BCP / DRP
 Ensuing the legal and industries standards’ compliance with different requirements such IT Act,
HIPPA etc.
 By supporting to conduct the effective Internal Audit and Management Reviews
 By implementing the system for customer communication - complaints and feedback

Operations Management Responsibilities:
 Responsible for effective CRM for existing clients.
 Handling the annual continuity contracts and new requirements of client
 Reviewing & processing the internal bills (like travel outlays & other support bills) of project team.
 Preparation of project costing analysis report and project secheduling to Project Head.
 Reviewing the vendor agreement and AMC of office equipment’s.
 Reviewing the new vendor development / selection programe (internally) for IT maintenance, office
support & travel agents, stationery, printing etc.
