Oversaw the development and homeowner transition of 4 communities including 66 unit Luxury Condo
building along the Mississippi river, 2 urban mixed use condo complex and a 166 unit planned
community.
As HOA Community Leader, was instrumental in guiding an upscale condominium Association client to
a successful conclusion in long, complex construction defect litigation between the Association and
developer. Oversaw the construction project of 950,000. The scope of the project included the
replacement of windows and repair of the bricks under the windows that was causing the differential
movement and not allowing the windows to open; The waterproofing repair of the garage leak that
allowed water to be better drained on the exterior of the building and to alleviate trapped water against
