EXPERIENCE

FINANCE
     • Coordinated non lending bank operations including financial regulatory reporting, IT
        oversight, loan operations, deposit operations, and some areas of compliance.

        Utilize ALCO management software to competitively price deposits.
     • Responsible for financial statement reporting and integrity of financial data. Process
        monthly prepaids, accruals, general ledger reconcilements, internal account
        reconciliation, budget preparation, payroll, accounts payable, fixed asset
        management, and financial analysis.
     • Four years job cost accounting experience in construction industry. Lead monthly
        budget meetings with job project managers and superintendants, on and off-site, to
        ensure project remains on budget. Adjust job cost figures as a result.
     • Solely responsible for the financial integrity of eight real estate and other
        independent companies including tenant and property management, financial
        reporting and cost management.
     • Expert in cash management processes from a financial institutions perspective to a
        user’s perspective. Including ACH applications, electronic banking, credit card,
        account analysis, account reconciliation features, positive pay and sweep. Train
        staff, implement processes and procedures and demonstrate to commercial
        customer’s including local school districts and county government.
     • Conservatively manage $65 million cash portfolio for Walworth County. Experience
        increasing returns even with current economic condition. Setup core and liquid
        portfolio, cash flow planning and investment schedule. Diversify portfolio based on
        investment policy guidelines and executive committee requirements. Head of finance
        committee and report quarterly to county executive finance committee.
     • Spearhead the development of several strategic plans including implementation and
        management of plans.
     • Corresponded with internal and external auditors, and federal and state regulators.

SUPERVISION
     • Managed over fifteen employees ranging from tellers, accounting, loan operations, to

     hour voice systems, website, online bill pay, wide area network implementation, bank

     Program included areas of technology, liquidity, continuity readiness. Y2K program rated
     in the top five percent of ALL banks examined by the FDIC for Year 2000 compliance.
  • Presided over multiple construction projects to include office renovations, new bank
     location and church expansion.
  • Implemented youth apprenticeship program in bank and worked with local schools to
     create and maintain curriculum.
  • Committee chair for $1.2 million church building expansion stewardship program; create,
     implement, design and monitor three year plan for pledging and raising finances for the
     purchase of a new property.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Reduced real estate taxes for eight properties totaling over $65,000 in savings this year.
  • Composed and self published marriage book for military families undergoing
    deployments and times of separation.
