8. ● The FMCG major Dabur has completed merger of Fem
Care Pharma on 18 June,2010 following which it will be
delisted from the stock exchanges.
● The company’s board approved allotment of shares in
the ratio of 5:1 (five shares of Dabur for every one
held in Fem Care) in order to delist Fem Care.
● The effect of the merger of Fem Care Pharma with Dabur
been approved by the Dabur India Ltd Board in the
