ALSPA®
ControGen SX is a compact all-in-
one, fully-digital control system suitable
for static and brushless applications in
new or retrofit projects. It is designed to
manage either thyristors or an IGBT power
bridge, allowing levels of continuous output
excitation currents that are unprecedented
for such a compact excitation system:
• 50 Amps with the internal power bridge
• 200 Amps with an external power bridge
Suitable for all fuels and all types of
generators, ControGen SX is the excitation
system of choice for power producers
seeking to cut overhead by using the
same excitation system over an extended
generator power range across their fleet.
