A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO AGC
• Alokozay is the name of a tribe in Afghanistan
• The company was lunched in 2003 by Abdul Rahman Alokozay,
Chairman Alokozay Group of Companies.
• having its presence in over 40 countries with 5000 committed and
professional staff
• with the products such as Evaporated milk, Coffee, Cookies,
Chewing Gum, Potato chips, Bottled water, Detergent, Pocket
Tissues, Baby wet wipes, Baby Diapers, Shampoo, Toothpaste,
Mouthwash, Soap, Body Lotion etc.
EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
POLITICAL & LEGAL DIMENSION:
1. AGC knows the political and legal system of a country.
• AGC face Uncertainty situation in AFG, PK, Iraq and etc…
• AGC should differentiate stable and unstable Governments.
• In some countries laws forbid using of cigarette and there is
high tax.
• 100 years political stability in USA
• SOCIO-CULTURAL DIMENSION :
• AGC knows what the societies culture is
• Different marketing and MGT methods in different countries.
• AGC know the mentality and personality of each societies
• This forces is not only effect in a company like AGC, but it can also
effects in a society.
• Different languages are available in all products of AGC.
• society expectation.
• ECONOMIC DIMENSION:
• AGC must know that what is happening in the economics of a country,
and should make decision accordingly.
• Collapse of AGC stakeholders, like Kabul bank
• Afghanistan currently experiencing and economic recession.
• small communities depend on large businesses like Alokozay
Company.
• AGC investment $ 400 millions only on Pepsi brand in AFG, and this
will effects on Afghanistan economics.

•TECHNOLOGICAL DIMENSION:
• In today’s marketplace, technology is a key played in helping a
business stay profitable.
• The Large businesses, like Alokozay Group of companies, must invest
in technological research to find ways to become more efficient.
• AGC Should use new technology.
• To monitor the employees.
• COMPETITIVE DIMENSION:
• the Alokozay Company is not only in competition with tea and soft drink
companies like coca cola, and Hajizada tea, but with other unassuming like
Uniliver, Kraft foods, and nestle.
• The Alokozay Company must continue aggressive efforts in responsible
marketing,
• to hold the no1 place in sales of tea, juice, and coffee, oil, that they are in
touch with their consumer’s interests,
• Free delivery
• Free gifts

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO AGC • Alokozay is the name of a tribe in Afghanistan • The company was lunched in 2003 by Abdul Rahman Alokozay, Chairman Alokozay Group of Companies. • having its presence in over 40 countries with 5000 committed and professional staff • with the products such as Evaporated milk, Coffee, Cookies, Chewing Gum, Potato chips, Bottled water, Detergent, Pocket Tissues, Baby wet wipes, Baby Diapers, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Soap, Body Lotion etc.
