Alliance Inc., a nonprofit that assists people with disabilities, replaced its aging voice and data infrastructure with an Avaya IP Office system and fiber network from Comcast to gain reliability, scalability, and cost savings. The new system centralized phone services across seven locations, increased call capacity, improved conferencing and support for electronic medical records. Alliance cut its monthly costs by 10% and backup time by 60%, and found the Avaya solution to be the most cost-effective option over four years.
