This document discusses women's rights in Islam by analyzing whether the domestic system is independent from other social systems or follows the same criteria. It argues that the domestic system is semi-natural and semi-contractual due to the different physical characteristics and reproductive roles of men and women. While equality and liberty are important, differences between men and women should not be ignored. The movement for women's rights in the West overlooked these differences and natural rights may differ for men and women. Understanding natural gender differences is crucial to establishing a system that protects women's rights and positions without compromising their nature or responsibilities.
