La Antigua de Fuentesaúco will be exhibiting in the Premium area of Alimentaria Barcelona 2014, the largest food and beverage trade show in Spain. They will be introducing several new product innovations including a limited edition 16kg cheese called The Saucano, a new truffle cheese, and cheese paired with Pedro Ximenez sherry. Their flagship cheese, Summum 2014, will have an exclusive packaging designed to be a decorative lamp.
