Maybe you don’t know Monfer-
rato but my name is Denis Calvo
and this is the story of the area and
of my family.
Began with a dream in 1885
which led my great grandfather
Franco to set up Ullio.
Over the years my grandfather,
my parents and finally me, have all
maintained intact the values, the
care and the quality passed from my
great grandfather.
Only this have allowed us to
become reliable, proud and stable
producer.
Our wine is an expression of af-
fection for Monferrato and its habi-
tants.

A soft delicate wine. A light yellow col-
or verging on green with a delicate nose
which has notes of fruit and flowers. On
the palate it is light and fresh with a pleas-
ant citrus tinge. Ideal with fish or served
as an aperitif.

OTTENUTO DA UVE MOSCATO
A sweet velvet wine. A bright straw yel-
low color, the nose is delicate with fruit
and floral tinge. On the palate the wine is
pleasantly soft and light due to the mod-
erate level of alcohol. It has a delicate af-
tertaste from the pleasant hints of musk.
The enjoyable sweetness makes it ideal for
desserts.

A medium-bodied wine with a refined
character. A deep red color with an in-
tense fruity nose. On the palate the wine
presents a robust flavor of red fruit with
a tinge of spices allied to wood, while the

with pasta, game and mature cheeses.
