🏻 What does all that mean?
● OKR - indicates if the idea supports or does not support our goal
● Impact - indicates the potential impact on profitability
● Urgency - defines time sensitivity
● Risk factor - indicates the risk factor if this is NOT implemented
● Innovation - indicates innovation level which is a positive influence on long
term growth
● Effort - a combination of time it would take to implement as well as the
number of people from the team that need to be involved

🏻🏻 Make decisions with your team
● Projects can be added to the list as members of the team come up with them
● When they're added, they should be written up in a project proposal
● If a project cannot be described well yet, then it may not make sense to add it
to the project list
📏 Consider your best practices
● Break up big projects into smaller ones
● Be clear on the jobs to be done
● Be clear on what is out-of-scope
● Find a cadence that works
○ 1 step project per team per month
○ mockup → prototype → MVP → test → beta → release
● Measure and learn
● Ideas that work should get more investment whilst ideas that don’t should be
dropped

  • 27. 🏻🏻 Make decisions with your team ● Projects can be added to the list as members of the team come up with them ● When they're added, they should be written up in a project proposal ● If a project cannot be described well yet, then it may not make sense to add it to the project list
