Currently accountable for creating vision and delivery of the future product. Manage content selection, establish
boundaries for design parameters, financial targets, business case as well as the delivery of product through
launch. Main interface with: Engineering, Marketing, Studio, Manufacturing, Finance, and Purchasing.
Achievements:
 Delivered new 5.8L with upgraded driveline including adjustable suspension and new brakes on time with 15
months of compression.
 Exceeded financial profitability commitments by working with finance and marketing to re-align mix and rates
using results from a soft market test.
 Completed launch with zero fresh eyes class 1 issues post tool tryout build by driving team to establish robust
containment actions.
 Executed safe launch controls plan resulting in no fluctuation of quality metrics during model year change over.
MUSTANG LAUNCH MANAGER – MUSTANG (2009 – 2010)

 Launched 2 all new powertrains for 2011MY including 30MPG 3.7LV6 and Re-introduced 5.0L V8
