insurance requirements
 No further action taken pending City Council
discussion

4. COSA DOCKLESS VEHICLE PROGRAM
 Six month pilot program nearing completion
 Mid-point amendments
 Restricted hours of operation to 6am – 11pm
 Remove dockless vehicles in restricted areas
 Permitting moratorium
 Designation of parking/staging zones

5. COSA DOCKLESS VEHICLE PROGRAM
 New COSA staff recommendations
 Increase the annual permit fee - $100 per vehicle
 Reduce the total number of permits; 16,100 to
5,000 (includes e-bicycles)
 Limit to three vendors
 Extend/prorate existing permits – immediate 50%
reduction
