Al-Mutakabbir
ُُ‫ر‬َّ‫ب‬َ‫ك‬َ‫ت‬ُ‫م‬‫ال‬
The Name for Allah is Al-Mutakabbir means the Supreme,
the One to Whom belongs all glory. He is exalted far above His
creation. His qualities are that of perfection and majesty
whereas the qualities of His slaves are incomplete and imperfect.
No one besides Al-Mutakabbir has the right to such qualities.
He has rights, privileges, and attributes which others do not
have. Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (‫ﷺ‬) said,
“Allah the Almighty said: Pride is my cloak and greatness is my
garment, so whoever competes with me regarding these two
will be thrown into the Hellfire. -Sunan Abu Dawud 4090 Grade:
Sahih (authentic)

Al-Mutakabbir is clear from resembling the creation or its
attributes. He is truly Supreme, the Most High and Exalted.
