Leadership Skill Management Training closing ceremoney continental hotel
Three groups of 25 male trainees each participated in a Leadership Management Skills Training (LMST) hosted at the Swat Continental Hotel from February 18-22, 2014. The closing ceremony was held on February 22nd where certificates were distributed to the 75 trainees by guest speakers including local government officials. One trainee thanked SRSP for polishing their skills and potential through practical sessions. The District Project Manager explained the importance of capacity building and SRSP's role in training 12,000 community members. The trainees demonstrated their newfound confidence and many volunteered to become Community Resource Persons.
