the project manager, you are responsible for working with departments located in the
United States and overseas in Italy and India. How would you respond to the following

documentation will you need to get this project initialized? I would set up and organize a
communication department to oversee the daily operations of the project. They would be a
multilingual team in order to bring the tams from all countries together and put everyone
on the same page. In cases like this communication will be the biggest hurdle to overcome
to get to success. How will the culture and structure of the organization influence the
success of the project’s initialization? The current culture of the organization will benefit
greatly the success of the project because we are a very diverse company and we can adjust
to whatever culture we encounter. As the project manager, how can you use technology to
lead this multinational project? As project manager using the technology of video
conferencing and email as such I could keep an eye on how thing are progressing in all
phases of the project both here in the states and overseas. With emails I could get any
changes in the laws in our countries overseas and get them almost in real time and this
would help us keep the production on time and at an inexpensive cost.
