Basic Registration: Visit AIIMS MBBS 2020 official website www.aiimsexams.org to create a
new Login ID.
Fill AIIMS MBBS Registration: Enter your basic details to get system generated Registration ID
and Password.
Login: You can login using system generated Registration ID and Password that has been sent to
you via Email and SMS.
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your documents such as Photograph, Signature
and Thumbprint.

3. STEP 1 – BASIC REGISTRATION
Visit AIIMS MBBS official website and click on the ‘Students’ button to create a new user profile

4. On Students screen click on ‘MBBS’

5. Now click on the ‘Click here for New Registration’ button

6. Read all the instructions carefully and then click on ‘Proceed’ button

7. Fill up all the mandatory details.
Enter all the details mentioned below accurately in the given spaces:

2.Contact Details

After filling all the details mark the check box in declaration section and click on the
‘Generate Registration ID and Password’ button.

You can login using system generated Registration ID and Password that has been sent to you via Email
and SMS

13. STEP 4 – UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
Photograph
Draw a rectangular box of size
3.5 cm x 4.5 cm on a white
sheet using pencil and paste
the photograph inside the box
and then scan it.
Photograph should be latest.
Background should be white.
Make sure that your eyes and
both ears are visible.
Size of the image should be in
the range 50KB- 100 KB.
Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
The format of the image
should be jpg, jpeg, gif or png.
Signature
Candidate need to sign inside a
rectangular box of size
3 cm x 6 cm.
Signature should be signed by
black/blue ink pen in capital
letters.
Size of the image should be in
the range 20KB- 100 KB.
The format of the image
should be jpg, jpeg, gif or png.
Thumbprint
Candidate need to take his/her
left thumbprint horizontally
inside a box of size
4 cm x 3 cm.
Clean your hands nicely before
taking thumbprint.
Size of the image should be in
the range 20KB- 100 KB.
Thumbprint should be clearly
visible.
The format of the image should
be jpg, jpeg, gif or png.
