immense pleasure to open these NST positions and to gather a team of remarkable people which will start to work together
with us from the second semester.
These roles, are not just simple positions, these roles were designed to challenge you, to develop you, to provide you freedom,
to give you opportunity to run your own projects, to design functions from scratch, and to work together with the MC team in
achieving our goals for this year.
As an entity that pilots LEAD in all of our programs, we are incorporating it into our NST positions as well, to provide proper
outer and inner journey for our NSTs, to give them opportunity to experience a real development of their competencies.
