Hey AIESEC!
Thank you for showing your interest to be a part of the national team of AIESEC in Sweden. For the MC team 2015/2016 it is an
immense pleasure to open these NST positions and to gather a team of remarkable people which will start to work together
with us from the second semester.
These roles, are not just simple positions, these roles were designed to challenge you, to develop you, to provide you freedom,
to give you opportunity to run your own projects, to design functions from scratch, and to work together with the MC team in
achieving our goals for this year.
As an entity that pilots LEAD in all of our programs, we are incorporating it into our NST positions as well, to provide proper
outer and inner journey for our NSTs, to give them opportunity to experience a real development of their competencies.
For each roles it is specified which competencies should be developed, questionnaire is combination of different assessment
tools and opportunities for self-reflection where we can see how your personality and knowledge can fit into our team.

The nst is going to be responsible for the tracking of the LEAD for Eps program
implementation and ensure that all lead materials for eps are nationally
aligned. NST will be responsible for ensuring that all ogx members are
educated about lead and ogx operations. Nst will be responsible for
conducntingan audit of OGX operations and refreshing the EP portal

Job Description:
The operations manager will manage outreach activities to targeted
Tertiary educational institutionswith particular focus on IT student
Market. Additionally NST will support with delivery of experiences of
Eps recruited. For this position physical presence in sweden is mandatory
GENERAL responsibilities:
Responsible for the initial outreach to the tertiaryeducation
institutions
Create and manage recruitment in targetedfaculties/Markets
Deliveryof the ep experienceto eps recruited

Job Description:
Responsible for implementing GE in AIESEC in Sweden.
Educating VPs about the initiative and how to implement it.
S&D management for GE only. NST will also be responsible for creating marketing
materials for GE

Job Description:
The NST is going to be responsible for the tracking of the international
cooperationwith different Entities, and prepare all the information needed for
the AIESEC in Sweden to deliver to the Entities what was promised.
Supporting VPs in matching for specific country partners.
S&D Analysis.
Measures of Success:
# of country partnerships based on segment
# of Accepted EPs with country partners
Regular monitoring of S&D in the network and acting accordingly
Requirements:

AIESEC in Sweden NST 15.16 application booklet

  • 2. Hey AIESEC! Thank you for showing your interest to be a part of the national team of AIESEC in Sweden. For the MC team 2015/2016 it is an immense pleasure to open these NST positions and to gather a team of remarkable people which will start to work together with us from the second semester. These roles, are not just simple positions, these roles were designed to challenge you, to develop you, to provide you freedom, to give you opportunity to run your own projects, to design functions from scratch, and to work together with the MC team in achieving our goals for this year. As an entity that pilots LEAD in all of our programs, we are incorporating it into our NST positions as well, to provide proper outer and inner journey for our NSTs, to give them opportunity to experience a real development of their competencies. For each roles it is specified which competencies should be developed, questionnaire is combination of different assessment tools and opportunities for self-reflection where we can see how your personality and knowledge can fit into our team. If you are looking for a challenging opportunity for your next step in your AIESEC experience, do not hesitate to become the next NST of AIESEC in Sweden.   • 4. Fill out the application form for a position you want to apply for! Fill out BelbinTeam Roles Test! Download the test to your computer in excel format and fill it out! Fill out DISC Model Personality Test online! Attach 1 page CV with emphasis on AIESEC experience and conference attended and your photo! Not all applicants will necessarily be interviewed

NST LEARNING & Development Job Description: The nst is going to be responsible for the tracking of the LEAD for Eps program implementation and ensure that all lead materials for eps are nationally aligned. NST will be responsible for ensuring that all ogx members are educated about lead and ogx operations. Nst will be responsible for conducntingan audit of OGX operations and refreshing the EP portal Measures of Success: # memberswho know how to deliverLEAD for EPs % NPS score % goals fulfillment # materialscreated # webinars held # EPs who participated in Audit process % web page refreshed Requirements: Preferred: member of AIESEC in Sweden - physical Open as well to internationals - virtual Previous experience: LC VP experience preferred (OGX), LCP, NST, EP Keycompetencies: Personal effectiveness Self-motivation Commitment to results Proactive learner Product design and implementation LDM competencies: Empowering others Solution-driven Duration of the role: Start: dec 2015END: july 1st 2016
  • 9. Job Description: The operations manager will manage outreach activities to targeted Tertiary educational institutionswith particular focus on IT student Market. Additionally NST will support with delivery of experiences of Eps recruited. For this position physical presence in sweden is mandatory GENERAL responsibilities: Responsible for the initial outreach to the tertiaryeducation institutions Create and manage recruitment in targetedfaculties/Markets Deliveryof the ep experienceto eps recruited Measures of success # Eps Open/Accepted/Realized % NPS % conversion rates Requirements: Preferred: member of AIESEC in Sweden – physical presence mandatory Open as well to internationals – PHYSICAL presence mandatory Previous experience: LC VP experience preferred (OGX), LCP, NST, EP Keycompetencies: Personal effectiveness Self-motivation Commitment to results Proactive learner Product design and implementation LDM competencies: Empowering others Solution-driven Duration of the role: Start: dec 2015END: july 1st 2016
  • 10. Job Description: Responsible for implementing GE in AIESEC in Sweden. Educating VPs about the initiative and how to implement it. S&D management for GE only. NST will also be responsible for creating marketing materials for GE Measures of Success: % oF LC implementing GE % VPs and members that are educated on the product # GE Eps OPEN/ACCEPTED/REALIZED Requirements: Preferred: member of AIESEC in Sweden - physical Open as well to internationals - virtual Previous experience: LC VP experience preferred (OGX), LCP, NST, EP Key competencies: Personal effectiveness Self-motivation Commitment to results Proactive learner Product design and implementation LDM competencies: Empowering others Solution-driven Duration of the role: Start: dec 2015 END: july 1st 2016

Job Description: The NST is going to be responsible for the tracking of the international cooperationwith different Entities, and prepare all the information needed for the AIESEC in Sweden to deliver to the Entities what was promised. Supporting VPs in matching for specific country partners. S&D Analysis.
